Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Ddivine Count Private Limited, we strive to deliver high-quality learning experiences in occult sciences. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before enrolling.

1. Enrollment & Fee Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment or first EMI (if applicable).
• All fees once paid are considered acceptance of our terms and policies.

2. Cancellation by Student

• If a student cancels their enrollment before the course start date, a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative charges.
• No refund will be issued once the course has started, including access to:
  • Live classes
  • Recorded sessions
  • Study materials

3. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp within the eligible period.
• Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• EMI/finance charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Batch Transfer / Rescheduling

• Students may request to shift to the next batch before course commencement, subject to approval.
• Once the course begins, batch transfer may not be permitted or may involve additional charges.

5. Cancellation by Company

• In rare cases, if a course is canceled or postponed by the company:
• Students will be offered an alternative batch or
• A full refund (if they choose not to continue)

6. No Refund in Special Cases

• No refund will be provided under the following circumstances:
• Change of mind after enrollment
• Lack of time or personal reasons
• Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations
• Failure to attend classes

7. Course Access & Intellectual Property

• All course materials, recordings, and content are the intellectual property of the company.
• Sharing, copying, or distributing content is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
